TEAM CAMP

2-Day Camp:

Team Camp consists of three training sessions designed to improve your team’s individual skill development, offensive and defensive systems, and overall team chemistry. The second day of camp will consist of competitive matches. Each team will be provided with a camp instructor to ensure the best individualized attention and team development. Team camp is open to any and all entrants, limited only by number, age, and grade.

Meals will be provided on both Saturday and Sunday. Resident campers (staying in the dorms) will be provided lunch and dinner on Saturday, as well as breakfast and lunch on Sunday. Commuter campers (campers not staying in dorms) will be provided lunch and dinner on Saturday and lunch on Sunday. Please notify camp staff of any food allergies or dietary restrictions prior to your arrival.

All resident campers will stay in supervised campus dormitories. Each room is furnished with sheets, pillowcase, pillow, blanket, two towels and one wash cloth.

1-Day Camp:

These teams will compete against the other teams at camp and will also recieve team instruction.

Lunch will be provided on Sunday. Please notify camp staff of any food allergies or dietary restrictions.

What to Bring: All campers should wear athletic shoes and clothing. Kneepads are not required but can be helpful.
